Petri Baking has been in the business of baking high-quality wire-cut cookies for over 65 years. Our baking facility is located a few blocks away from Lake Erie in the village of Silver Creek, New York and is about 30 miles South of Buffalo.
Petri's "Cookies with the Taste of Home" are baked-to-order to ensure maximum freshness. Our products are Kosher certified and our facility has been rated "Superior" by the American Institute of Baking for the last several years.
We have enjoyed great success in developing private label programs that incorporate our "Homestyle, Bakery Fresh" cookies. Categories include:
